The PENG Studio was started in 1999, exclusively for the music made by the group The Rurals. The Rurals were founded by Andy Compton in 1993. Andy has been a professional musician, producer and song writer since he left school, many moons ago! ​ Now in 2024 he's written and produced over 52 albums, and over 200 E.P's, either as The Rurals, or under other monikers. For the first time ever the PENG studio is now open to the public, for hire or other services. You can hear Andy Compton's productions/music here ​ ​
